CONCEPT DESIGN
Development of initial ideas to improve derelict and neglected urban sites focusing on proposals for street furniture, lighting and signage, paving and surfacing treatments, public art and robust planting schemes. Design material can be used to aid public consultation, cost planning and funding applications.

DETAILED DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Management of hard and soft landscaping contracts including industrial enhancements, road corridor improvements, refurbishment of neglected shopping centres, and regeneration of redundant play areas, garage sites, and forgotten plots.

NEIGHBOURHOOD ACTION PLANS
Development of master plan proposals to regenerate rundown neighbourhoods working with local businesses, residents groups, housing associations, highways authorities, and other partners, to produce a coordinated strategy of community-led environmental improvements with links to other initiatives.
