CONCEPT DESIGN
Schematic designs, hand drawn artist impressions, photographic and computer generated imagery to visualise client’s aspirations for site development. Design material can be used to aid public consultation and assist with planning applications.

VEGETATION AND TREE SURVEYS
Site survey and assessment of existing vegetation including BS 5837:2005 tree surveys, arboricultural method statements, and impact assessments to support planning applications and assist management of work during the construction phase.

DETAILED DESIGN AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Design and contract management of hard and soft landscaping for new housing, schools, other community facilities, and private gardens. Technical expertise includes construction detailing, planting plans and schedules, maintenance specifications and management plans.

BREEAM CERTIFICATION
Landscaping schemes can be tailored to achieve credits for building environmental performance as certified by the Building and Research Establishment (BRE) ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’.
